All orders are shipped via Canada Post . Shipping costs are based on the weight of your item and the destination address.
Shipping costs vary, usually between $10 - $20. Shipments within Canada take 3-5 business days, and 7-10 business days to the United States. We do International shipping as well. Please inquire for rates.
Our goal is to make you happy! If you are not fully satisfied with the fit of your product we will happily exchange it. Just email us or call us with your request and we will do everything possible to find you the correct size or a different style.
You may do an exchange or take a store credit. I’m sorry we cannot do refunds. There is no expiry however on store credit.
Please ship any exchanges within 10 days from the received date. Anything postmarked after 10 days will be charged a re-stocking fee of 15%. Returns are not accepted 30 days after the date of your receipt. You must pay for the return shipping cost. Merchandise must be returned in original condition. Please try shoes on carpet only.
Please insure your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for lost packages.
